Managing Director

As the founder of SyPro Financial in 2020, Ryan brings over 25 years of experience in finance, spanning roles across various industries. His vision for the business was simple: to give growing companies access to the kind of financial insight, leadership, and support that’s so often missing in fast-paced environments.

With a background working at all levels of finance, Ryan has a deep understanding of what businesses need, not just to stay compliant, but to grow confidently. He’s passionate about improving systems, processes, and people, and believes that good finance should empower business owners, not overwhelm them. For him, the real reward is watching clients grow, overcoming challenges and becoming more financially confident along the way.

As a Fractional Finance Director, Ryan is trusted for his reassuring and clear guidance and approachable style. Whether it’s refining cash flow, building management reporting packs, or mentoring internal teams, he’s there to make finance feel like a strength, not a stress.

Outside of work, Ryan is a dedicated dad, passionate Arsenal fan, and youth football coach. He loves to travel (the further the better), and won’t say no to a good rollercoaster or anything that gets the adrenaline going.

Director / Head of Bookkeeping

With a career in finance that began in her early twenties, Laura now leads SyPro’s bookkeeping services alongside Ryan, with precision, patience, and a passion for getting the numbers right. Much of her experience has been spent working within finance departments in the construction industry, where she developed a strong appreciation for detail and the importance of accurate financial records, no matter the sector.

Approachable and down-to-earth, Laura brings a calm, can-do attitude to everything she does. Whether it's reconciling complex ledgers or navigating the challenges of credit control, she takes pride in maintaining accurate, well-kept books that give business owners confidence in their day-to-day figures. After taking time out to raise their two children, she returned to bookkeeping with the same energy and dedication, and hasn’t looked back since.

Outside of work, Laura is happiest spending time with her family. She enjoys music, theatre, afternoon teas, and the occasional spa day, and recently added Zumba and kettlebells to her weekly routine.

Commercial Director

Michelle plays a key role in the strategic and operational direction of SyPro, drawing on over 20 years’ experience in retail management, customer service, and business administration. As Commercial Director, she helps drive internal projects forward, supports the development of new client relationships, and enjoys working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth, efficient delivery across all areas of the business.

With a strong background in operations and project coordination, for the last five years, Michelle has combined big-picture thinking with a hands-on approach, making sure plans are not only well thought-out but also executed carefully.

Outside of work, Michelle is always up for a challenge - whether that’s taking on a fitness challenge, running half marathons, or abseiling down the Lloyds Building in support of charity. She’s a keen traveller, paddleboarder, and climber, and is passionate about giving back to local and national causes.
