Who we are

SyPro Financial Consultancy Directors, Ryan and Laura Wakeman
SyPro Financial Consultancy is a family-run business, led by husband and wife team Ryan and Laura Wakeman. Together, they offer a fully integrated finance solution, with Ryan heading up strategic financial direction and Laura leading the bookkeeping and day-to-day finance operations.

Founded in 2020 by Ryan Wakeman ACMA, after a successful career as a management accountant and group financial controller for large international companies, SyPro was built on the principles of improving SYstems, PROcesses, and people - the inspiration behind the name. Ryan’s experience managing large teams and tight cash flows shaped the consultancy’s practical, results-driven approach.

Laura brings a strong background from working in the finance departments of large organisations and now ensures clients benefit from a seamless, accurate, and efficient bookkeeping function that’s fully aligned with their wider financial strategy.
